"Every thing is great. But, the only thing that I dislike was the coffee from the coffee machine. The milk was too light and the coffee did not taste the greatest. But, overall everything was great."

"My family and I just came back from a 5 day stay at Tropical Deluxe Princess and we loved every minute of it. We were not able to get restaurant reservations on our first night however we did get reservations, for our party of 9, on the subsequent nights. The dinner buffet was just okay. The restaurants were amazing - Nopal and Tao were our favorites. The Dominican- El Pilon food was so salty we could not finish our dishes. "This property was nice they could do better with food options and kids activities they did same thing everyday at minidisco for kids.. Leidy and Jerry were excellent in helping us with everything.. I would recommend for the buffet for the severs to seat their customers it was annoying trying to figure which table is empty to sit at. Other then we loved our stay at this resort we will definitely be back "

"The resort was beautiful. The food options were good but not all food was good. Service was POOR. Almost all servers at different restaurants and buffet restaurant felt entitled to tips. They didn’t provide service unless you tip. Most didn’t even respond to hellos/holas, grumpy faces or responses. When people wave bills they get service. Completely disappointed. They should learn from Mexican resorts where they pride on consistent and above average friendly service. Everything else was good. "
