“The room was over booked, I can only choose from an inferior room type compared to the one I booked or a standard room without air conditioning for a night. The front desk staff was in bad attitudes. It was totally disappointing that the hotel did not take any action or think of solutions in the afternoon before I arrived the hotel at 2100. The smaller room was unacceptable though I chose under no alternatives. I seriously urged for the refund of the room rate different for the first……

“地点十分方便，附近便有地鉄站，至於購物方面，可以在名店林立的感恩大道。酒店亦近加泰隆尼亞广場(方便現金退税中心)。”

“We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!”

“Location is good, easy to go anywhere, lots of restaurants and shopping area.but the room temperature can’t adjust, they do have their own control panel but can’t turn it down. Booked two rooms, one room found lots of hairs on the bed sheet, the front desk was helpful, they changed the room for us and offer a free breakfast. ”

“整體環境唔錯，房間整潔舒適亦夠空間打開行李箱，晚上街外亦唔會嘈吵，離車站約十分鐘左右，適合以巴士作交通工具”
