“Island House is conveniently located, and from the outside the aesthetic is decent. The inside could use improvement; the rooms are semi upgraded. Bathrooms are relatively new, but the rooms still have popcorn ceilings, carpet, and box air conditioning. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighboring guest cough. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, but the Hilton is wasting a superb beachfront property by skimping on the renovations. ”

“Everything was perfect! Beachfront view with easy access to the beach, the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for the beach, shopping and dining. Will definitely go back asap! ”

“We were dissapointed we did not have photos or even know wgat unit we had until the day before. Also would have liked to have known ahead of time what type of coffee maker their was etc. The tile floors were wiped clean but the grooves were filthy. The windows and doors were filthy on the outside. There was no glass cleaner available so we couldnt clean them to see out. The sceen door in the living room would not slide open. We had to access the patio from the bedroom. ”

“The overall stay was pretty good. The day we checked in, it was raining. There were ceiling leaks by the elevators and in the hallway to our condo. The floor in the condo was sandy. We swept it and contained our sand to the entryway. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on even after having help over the phone. They sent the maintenance the next morning while we were out for breakfast. After that, we had TV service. I would recommend this facility……
