All the appliances as far as coffee pots, utensils, plates and cups, pots and pans are provided as well. The manager over strollin bear was fantastic with helping get everything ready for our Trip. Will definitely be sending everyone to this cabin that wants to stay in gatlinburg!! ”

“The property was very nice in the pictures. Upon arrival things seemed dated and worn (normal wear and tear) there were a few minor issues. There was no water disturbance alarm present as described, the dryer did not work (luckily there is a 24hr laundry down the hill), there was a dustpan present with no broom and door to lower deck will only stay shut when locked. Air hockey had to be plugged in and unplugged to work as power buttons didnt work, and pool table pockets had holes so balls hit……

This cabin is run by a corporation and not an individual, so the bare minimum is available. 1 roll of single ply sandpaper.....errrrr.......I mean toilet paper. 50 thread count sheets, the cheapest possible linens, 4 towels that you can't wash because they do not provide laundry detergent. Nor do they supply hand soap, shampoo, soap, kitchen towels, sponges or brushes for cleaning dishes. Make……

“Plenty of space for everyone. Kids & adults loved the amenities in the home. The location outside of Gatlinburg was nice. Coffee shop close by was very friendly. Wish there was a little more communication before arrival. Beds need updated - too squishy for anyone over the age of 40 or with back issues. ”

“Loved our Condo would be so much enjoyable if you had a Mountain View from Patio, there isn’t no Oven big disappointment it was our Anniversary we bought steaks to cook in oven and baked potatoes but that was a No Go! Fire Place is just for looks one last thing No Kitchen Towels or dish cloths No Kitchen Trash Bags but Overall a Beautiful Condo! ”

“The home we stayed in was great. I didn’t agree with the terms of the contracts. After booking with Hotels.com and paying. I am then contacted by Advantstay that I have 15 more pages of conditions I must agree to including a background check. I refused to agree and sign the forms. They said they would not refund me any of my nearly $2600.00 I had paid through Hotel's.com. Hotels.com even contacted the management of Advantstay only to be told if I did not agree with the additional terms I could……

“My husband and I had a great time vacationing here. The cabin was adorable...very clean and cozy. Everything was exactly what we expected from the photos. The location was also perfect! 10-15 minutes drive to anything we wanted to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a quiet place full of amenities to unwind in after a day of activities in the mountains!”

“Didn't like that they didn't tell you better ways to get off property. Elevator was located at back of property but no one told us. Did not supply extra garbage bags and had to buy our own. With the amount of money that was paid I think they could have gave us an extra garbage bag!! Only one handicap parking space available.”
