“Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.”

“Graha Beach是一家看起来有些年头的酒店了，房间的设施不算很新，整体来说算是个缺陷。 不过，Graha Beach所在的位置算是闹中取静，走路到Senggigi中心地带大概5分钟，周围很多的换汇点和预定tour的地方，很方便。”

“花園美麗又廣大安靜，有大片沙灘景色美麗，服務人員友善，很好的飯店，物超所值。只是客房安排不知把團體客和自由行客人分開，有點吵鬧影響自由行客人權益。外面街上晚餐味道還可以，但價錢並不很便宜，不十分推薦，按摩價錢和巴里島差不多。”

“Un petit coin de paradis sur Terre ! Les logements sont parfaits, la piscine magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins et tellement chaleureux, le tout à quelques pas d’une plage déserte, sûrement l’une des plus belles de l’île. L’établissement étant un peu isolé, il vaut mieux être conduit par les guides de l’hôtel pour découvrir l’île. Plusieurs excursions à des prix raisonnables sont proposées. (Une pensée particulière pour David notre guide et chauffeur pendant ce séjour, avec qui nous nous……

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”
