“The worst thing that happened was i took the water taxi from the Doubletree..paid 7.50 for a .99 cent bottle of water in Doubletree Lobby..won't forget my water at BOcean again!”

“I am not so happy while checking in with front desk. bellboy is so helpful and friendly. Room service is not good, I found there are two pieces of dirty paper just in the middle of my room after cleaning! Room is modern ”

“Everything was clean and for the most part awesome. Only pet peeve I have is, they have items there that they place around the room and each with outrageous cost behind. A small bottle of figi water $5? You are better off going to 7/11 and getting 3 for 5 water bottles and/or a gallon jug and bringing back with you. I would just look before using there items for instance, they had a tote bag with beach towels but if you misplace them $15 each charged to the room is a bit steep. But I understand……

“I truly enjoyed the lobby it was so beautiful all the plants, palm trees area . I loved sitting there to read and have my lunch or dinner . Everyone was so nice . I would definitely come back. ”
