“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“Property was nice. Concierge was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was cozy with nice touches throughout making the stay comfortable. Location was on a quiet street situated away from crowds but perfectly accessible to the areas you want to be in. ”

“sewage nearly blocked . The smell flows all over the room. The aroma it used at main reception hall flows to restaurant. I am eating the aroma/smell rather than eating the food.”
