“Full disclosure: I am a non-Asian American traveling alone in China with limited Chinese skills. When faced with 'issues', I rate the hotel staff by how much they work with me to resolve the problem. Forgetting the taxi ride from hell from the airport, the hotel 'lost' my reservation. The front desk staff's English skills were almost as bad as my Chinese, however, they made every effort, including a couple phone calls to off-duty managers, to find me a room. Setting the room price was the next……

“對於無法叫滴滴租車的台灣民眾來說，非常不方便。只會叫人去人民大道攔車，態度非常冷淡。來自中國別省的人，就算沒有辦法叫車，櫃台竟然盡心盡力幫他叫車，態度還很親切。房間不會太乾淨，還是有垃圾殘餘。浴室更是可怕，感覺是用了很久。房間飲用水也不好喝，早餐吃的很糟。”
