“Tucked into the city of London, immediately bext to the Barbican, this has been a pleasant place to stay. Checkin was speedy and the room clean, spacious and functional. The bathroom was huge with a large walk-in shower. The room quiet at night, being away from the road. The only downside is finding Nescafe sachets as a coffee substitute in the room. However, real coffee us plentiful a short walk away.”

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”
