“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“Loved it! I loved the historic feel of it but it had such nice updated touches. The owners were so informative and really helped us on traveling around Philly. We loved the coffee and tea in the morning. It was quiet at night but was so close to everything in the city. Highly recommend. ”

“This place is true to its name!! Cozy and chic. I came with my boyfriend and another couple and had plenty of space to move around and not feel tight. Downtown is only about a 10 minute drive and the manager was very polite over the phone ”
