"The hotel was very nice looking. Most of the staff were friendly. When we first arrived the person at the front desk ignored us. Did not acknowledge us. The woman who helped us after finishing with the customer ahead of us wasn’t welcoming until she realized the type of room we booked. She was very accommodating after that. It happened again during breakfast where the server approached my table multiple times to see if I belonged in that specific lounge and even asked for my room number. There...

"Beautiful hotel - but the food service to the room was really really slow and the dining in general was a disappointment. Great service people but the menu is undesirable and the food not well cooked. The restaurant never appeared to have enough guests and it's for good reason. We prefer buffet breakfast and they did not have that and the menu options weren't great. I think for the number of stars and price - they should really improve their food."

"If you want to stay central to restaurants, bars, and attractions in LA this location is perfect What my wife and I really liked though, is it has a boutique vibe, and is very chilled. A sanctuary. Roof pool and bar are great. Service excellent. Recommend and we’d stay again "
