“Lovely new property with rooms that have been cleverly designed and are very classy. Great location, close to everything and walking distance to very good food and shopping along with the harbor and viaduct. Advieh restaurant for dinner is excellent, will definitely stay again. ”

“Zero service if one checks in late, otherwise concierge service during office hours is excellent. Shower is very high risk for those unaware of the slippery floor, worst design ever conceived. Otherwise room extremely comfortable and totally sound proofed. ”

“Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again……
