"This beautifully designed hotel is a lush haven to spend time in Sanur. The facilities are excellent, with a delicious selection of food available all day. Always space available on sunbeds by the pools or on the beach with free pool towels and bikes to use during the day. Our king size suite was a delight - spacious, cool and spotlessly cleaned daily. "Found the property required some minor upkeeping and maintenance though after 5pm the place was barren, dead. We did experience an issue with our room initially where it smelt quite humid, and we were later moved. The resort did not have any functions after 5pm at all other than host a private 5-year-olds birthday function for someone who was not a hotel guest. We were looking forward to dinner and drinks with live bands by the pool till say 9pm? Staff generally tend to speak Balinese and not...
