“很晚才到，服务员还等在那里，还派车送我们到，很近的距离，真不错，在当地估计比较有名，机场出租车司机都知道这个酒店，保安也很好，进去有人在看”

“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough.”

Sincèrement c'est l'endroit où j'ai le plus mangé à Madagascar. En gros grosse déception pour la cuisine qui n'est pas du niveau de l'hôtel ”

“This is a safari Lodge. The lodge overlooks a water hole where all kinds of games gather to quench their thirst.”

“The hotel is quiet and nice.The waitesses are nice and friendly. Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.It was an interesting experience. Thanks.”

“Staff was absolutely top notch. Taz was extra kind. would stay here again due to service and staff. beds and bedding could be more comfortable and rooms were smaller then pics made them look. pool closed when we were there. safe hotel with quality but amazing staff. ”

“We enjoyed our stay but they got our booking wrong and there was a double bed instead of 2 x singles, they then moved us to another room advising that it had 2 x single beds only for this room to also have a double bed. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful location but front desk receptionist needs some training on what the different rooms contain. ”
