“We booked 2 apartments for a family of 11. It was not specified if one was suitable for 6, so we chose the ground floor one for easy access for my mother inlaw. We did not have sufficient bedding or towels. However, we used spare ones from the other room. The sofa bed in the lounge was meant for 2 people but was small and very uncomfortable. The other main beds were good though. There were no curtains at any window, only metal blinds and the lounge ones were broken. Our view was of electric……

I cant believe my friend did the right thing when he blocked the door using the dining table since they didnt make any security back up chain inside the apartment. “Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. “This hotel was basically clean and tidy in the room but the facility is generally run down & in poor condition. The walkways smell faintly of urine and paint, drywall etc is cracked, chipped and in need of service”
