“Nous avons réservé pour 3 nuits et avons du changer de chambre le 2ème jour. Ils nous ont fait vider la chambre alors que la notre n'était même pas nettoyé nous avons du patienter un bon moment pour pouvoir changer nos vêtements afin de visiter les pyramides. En fait nous n'avons pas eu la chambre qui était prévue pour nous le premier jour. Chambre sans fenêtre, salle de bain très petite, lavabo devant l'entrée de douche, il faut passer de coté et rentré le ventre ( une personne obèse ne……

“It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.”

“This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done. The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo. The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take……

“Although there were some issues on the first day that required me to stay at another nearby hotel for one night, the problems were later resolved. The hotel had excellent renovations, and the staff were very friendly. It was located very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation, and there were also many restaurants around.”
