“I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!”

“The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.”

“We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect since I have a daughter and her family in Mebane. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfy. Downtown graham was so much fun. Also the shopping and outlet center was nearby.”

“Loved this house. So many things provided that I have never seen at another VRBO (including a massage pad in a chair which I used every day when I read a book!) Wish I could find a VRBO like this at every place I visit! The property manager was wonderful...We had a problem with our flight and she was so kind!”

“The house itself was very clean, well stocked. It was easy to check in, plenty of space for our family. The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok upon check in and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was just ok, one evening a neighbor was looking right into the house through the kitchen window, so it would have been nice to have a privacy blind on it. That was my only issue with the house.”

“I was a little skeptical to rent this after a couple reviews I read but in all honesty this place was absolutely beautiful and a great pick. It’s very private and our party was so amazed by the beauty. This place came fully stocked with everything you need. Every time I opened a kitchen cabinet I was pleasantly surprised that it had exactly what we needed and or forgot to bring. We will definitely be back this summer to stay here again. It is on 50 private acres so yes there may be some spiders……

“This was a great place to stay while visiting Elon University. It was a 10 min drive to campus and walking distance to two beautiful parks. It is a basement apartment so we could hear people walking above us at times but wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is small but very cute. My husband and I felt like we had enough room and it was much more comfortable than a hotel stay.”

“We had a great stay other then the alarm going off when we arrived. However the owner shut it off and the police arrived quickly so that was a good thing. Also the garbage disposal backed up and didn’t work which smelled but other then that was good and owner was quick to respond.”

“We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.”

“My family had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable to restaurants and shopping. The yard is large and fenced which was great for our dog. The house has recently been renovated and has brand new appliances and decor. A covered front porch offers a great view of sunsets in the evening. The hosts are quick to respond and provide anything that may be needed. Great stay!!”

“A cabin-like property, nicely appointed (with soothing color palette), overlooks a pond in a wooded area tucked away in a conventional neighborhood, but once there you feel as if you have travelled a distance to a tranquil and secluded spot. The pond has big-mouth bass, crappie, and possibly lake trout. Turtles are visible, and we had nightly visits from a flock of waterfowl. Our party caught (with release), 3 bass, the longest nearly10 inches long. The location was a convenient one, and close……
