“This place was a very peaceful place to stay, even the restaurant was lovely. No blaring music and we could listen to the birds chirping while we ate. We'll definitely be back!”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“雖然酒店宣稱剛整修過，但是實際上房間內部陳設與設備非常老舊，令人驚訝與失望。前台員工非常友善，但是協助行李搬運的同事非常被動。 整體而言與網路相片相差太多。位置優越是其主要特點。”

“The room is not spacious for a family of four. The beds are standard size, small for two adults/ teens. Interior and equipments are old. The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices.”

“Staff was very friendly, we got the “upgraded” room which I would never pay for definitely not worth anything extra. Loved the outdoor pool. The free breakfast was terrible, tasted like the microwaved the bacon and eggs but hey it was free. Had a bunch of issues with key cards not working. Location was perfect, lots of things nearby ”
