"The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line."

The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices."
