"We only stayed one night at MirOctavio hotel but it was a positive experience and good value. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is spacious with good shower and there is a fridge and balcony. However only down side was the bedroom lamp didn’t work and lighting was poor."

Nice but not for family
"The property would be better as a hostel and not for family rental. The kitchen is small and the only living room is outside. The showers are tiny!! The host is nice and attentive."

"This is a lovely, homely traditional house with a beautiful garden and pool near the beach and right next to El Estrecho natural park.. We were a mixed age family group and all really enjoyed our stay."

Jul 5, 2019We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed Algeciras as this was just a stopping point to get to Morocco. It’s not touristy so you get a feel for the real Spain and it’s people. We were fortunate to be there for a local festival.
