“Very good location. The outside of the building (stairs and hallways) were little bit dusty but it could be because it’s has access to the river. Room was cleaned and bed was super comfy. I will say again! ”

“Everything was good for the lenght of time we stayed there. There isn't any elevators if you stay in the lodges but it's 2 floors maximum. Only complaint was the shower wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived and when they cleaned the room only one bed was made. Otherwise quiet and good compound ”

“The rooms were very clean, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and a great selection. The air conditioning needs to be worked on. But other than that it was a great stay. ”

“Judy and Daniel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with a great view from the balcony. The resort was only 4 minutes from downtown Helen. We felt welcomed and would definitely stay again! ”

“Quick overnight stay. We checked in pretty late. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. It’s an older place but it has been recently remodeled. I feel like this property is very reasonably priced considering the remodel. No complaints, I would stay here again. ”

“This was out 3rd stay here and would stay again, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was people above us continued making noice throughout the night, like jumping, running, moving furniture etc. When I mentioned it to the desk person she mentioned she knew of whom I spoke and only said that they were leaving the next morning but never offered to ask them stop whatever they were doing. Other than that it was great.”

“The room we booked stated that it was a loft unit with a bedroom and a loft and one bathroom. The one we got had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, no loft. We were happy to have the extra bathroom, but please note that the description of the room does not match the actual room. It could be they just give you whatever is available. The resort was nice but needed updates. The location was good. There are some steep driveways going up to the unit, but our little four-cylinder car got us up there all……

“Exterior of property was not clean front porch etc... cheap bathroom soap No jacuzzi on property Liked snacks. But no drinking water since stores were so far away. Would have been mmbice to have at least one bottle a piece”

“Amazing location! Great hiking and thrift stores. Very soft mattress and low water pressure in the outdoor shower. Note: lots of dogs barking and some wandering around”
