“Went for a quick disney trip. Hotel was clean, check in/out and hotel luggage storage was great and easy. Room was clean,ac worked perfect and area was mostly quiet. ”

“My husband and I arrived early to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again. I found it poor customer service, that they didn’t adjust our bill, due to the above issues. I wouldn’t……

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“I always have stayed at this hotel cuz it’s close walk to Disney . Also beds are comfortable. Lately the property has been declining. The jacuzzi never works and pool is dirty. I have brought it to the attention of the manager twice already . And it remains broken . Their faucets and toilets are in bad shape . They either leak or don’t work . This saddens me because this was always my go to hotel and now I have to search for another . Also carpet has been really dirty yams sticky 😝. ”
