“It was a very nice, clean house. Great location, across from the lake (although the beach couldn’t be accessed) and near restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only comment is that the glass door of the shower doesn’t seal at the bottom so water would get all over the bathroom floor. Besides that everything was wonderful, thanks!”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about our stay. I got married at Squire’s Castle, and was looking for a place to stay nearby after all of the hustle and bustle of the wedding. The owner was more than willing to work with me on a late check-in and a late check-out, which was very much appreciated. “This is a campsite for tent or RV on a dairy farm. Somehow the listing got linked to one for a room. Since I thought l was booking a room and wasn't prepared to camp, l didn't stay. The listing gave a number to contact the host to be let in, but it always went to a phone with no mailbox set up. The host was not expecting me at sll. If you are camping it is probably nice.”

“We needed a place to host our family in the eclipse totality zone. Luckily, we had a clear view of the partial and full eclipse from the front yard. We were happy to have enough bedrooms and comfortable beds. The living room seats were comfortable. Having working laundry facilities was useful. “We came to the area for a family visit. During our stay we spent a day at the nearby beach. Everything is pretty close and we were able to enjoy dinner at Great Lakes Brewery, Brennan’s Fish House and had an awesome fun night at Pins in Ohio City. The house was very clean and well cared for with very nice decor. The check in and check out was really simple. We highly recommend the cottage!!”

We were bummed there was a three-day minimum stay, because we could only be there two nights, but we were aware of that at time of booking.”

Weather was not too great during our visit but the backyard setup with bonfire and lighting made it easy to fall in love with this lovely property. “The room was not clean , so I did my own disinfecting and cleaning. The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade and the plumbing system needs some work. Overall I had a good stay.”
