"We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives. "My family loved staying in Vinny's cute lil' home with a well manicured lawn and garden.... tbh, I booked it solely because I absolutely loved seeing pictures of all the flowers in their outdoor space, then it just so happened that it fit exactly what my family needed. 😅 Vinny totally went out of his way to provide everything we needed and more. He stocked the spa tub with bath bombs and salts, the other bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, there were extra blankets and pillows,...

"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

"When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!"

These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. "The perfect location for a group of adults! Everyone had their own space, there was a great kitchen and living room area that we could all relax and be together without having to sit on the floor. The pool area is small but beautiful. We did not have any issues with the few leaves that were in the pool, it is a natural consequences for have all of the lush and gorgeous plants in the space. "The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"

"The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. "
