“The reason we chose this property was the proximity to Snowbowl. You can’t get any closer! We felt very at home at the Mustard Seed and you can’t beat the views from every window. There is everything you could need in the kitchen to cook a meal. The only thing I would add would be glass wine & cocktail glasses. Upstairs is great! Beautiful views! Lots of room to spread out. One thing I would change is to put a plush king sized bed in the bedroom on a stable frame. We had a hard time sleeping……

“Very relaxing. Property could have been cleaner, and amenties listed should have been readily available. Bbq was in locked shed. Propane empty, however we were reimbursed for filling it. Kitchen was dirty. Floors dirty. But overall a very pleasant stay. Property owners very pleasant to relay messages to.”

“Great little cabin. Loved having the basement to play pool/relax after the kids went to bed. It had everything we needed. The only two drawbacks was the extra rental agreement outside VRBO seemed excessive and they will send texts but not respond to them. As far as the property goes, the grill was unusable. It reached 900+ degrees when we lit it and caught fire. It probably just needs cleaned. Other than that it only had some minor cosmetic issues.”

“Don’t hesitate to book this property. The owners did a wonderful job remodeling, and this place is so cute. They thought of everything you could possibly need or want to have a comfortable stay. The area is really peaceful with lots of trees and a beautiful view of the San Francisco peaks. There is also a pond very close by. Thank you to the owners for sharing this great property.”

“Lucky enough to have snow when we stayed 2 weeks ago! Very comfortable place. Had to have my car I shop and I could walk to supermarket, shopping and was a quick Uber to mall!”

“Clean property. Close to Flagstaff and Williams. Comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Wifi was spotty and wish yard would have been completely fenced for the dogs. Cute little store in front of cabin. Wish it was more secluded but overall the stay was great”
