“This was a milestone vacation for us, multigenerational trip with my husband , myself, elderly parents, young adult sons and a teenage son and two dogs. Our first real vacation in over 2 years! Dave and Erica’s place provided us with the much needed privacy with their beautiful private dock and lounge chairs overlooking the bay, private access to our own kayak, paddle boat , great clean grill and amazing outdoor hot/cold shower. We can’t say enough of their brand new jacuzzi , it was heaven. The……

“Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!”

“We had an amazing stay in Chadwick Beach. Property is brand new, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The spacious open concept first floor provided plenty of room for hanging out with family and friends. Bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Second floor balcony and roof top deck were perfect for reading, enjoying our morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. Quiet block walking distance to mini-golf, restaurant and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely love to stay……

“I had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Sandy Hook. Communication with Jeff, the owner, was seamless and prompt. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to Sandy Hook's attractions (and of course Bahrs). The terraces in the front and back of the house were highlights, providing perfect spots for morning coffee and lunch. Highly recommend!”

“This cozy little apartment was perfect for our music fest weekend. My husband and I stayed three nights and we had friends stay over on Sunday with us after the festival. Christina's place had everything we needed. Great location. Short drive to the beach and on festival day, we scootered over to the festival entrance! So fun! We would definitely stay again.”

There are stairs being that this is a townhouse, which works out nicely for spacing and separation, but something to consider if you have very young or old people in your party. (One child in our group was recovering from a broken leg, otherwise I wouldn't even have thought of this)”

“We had 10 people and the place fit everyone comfortably. Yes it needs a decor overhaul but it was fine. Communication with property manager was very poor. Asked for 45 min early check-in no response. Asked for dishwasher detergent no response. Great location, very close to all our wedding festivities.”

“We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.”
