"It is a nice and family-friendly location. The hotel rooms are nothing fancy, but spacious and in good condition. Lots of dining options nearby, Despite a rather late arrival to Williams, all went smoothly with check-in, including them having our train and Canyon tour tickets ready for us. "Exactly what we expected from the hotel. Easy to find after returning from a day visit to the Grand Canyon. We missed breakfast as we had to get on the road before seven, so anyone that wants an early breakfast, you'll be out of luck. They open at seven and the area is locked until then. "

"The check-in was easy, however, the rooms had sticky floors and the hairdryer did not work. When the front desk was called they said they would fix it, but never came. They did give a good recommendation for a place to eat in town."

"Great location; reasonably priced, very clean. They have an indoor swimming, pool, and Jacuzzi. The rooms have refrigerators and microwave ovens. The king size bed was very comfortable. Although not overly fancy, we really have no complaints. We would stay here again."

"It was like we were transported in a time capsule to 1890. The place is perfectly renovated and maintained. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There was even fresh flowers in the room. We received excellent directions for check in and check out via text message. Many good restaurants within 3-5 min walk. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes history. "
