"House was perfect for a family of 4. Great condition, very clean. Kitchen well stocked, and host included special treats and snacks for the kids. There are games and a very nice outdoor area with firepit, Everything looked new or newly remodeled. Host had excellent communication. "We had a lovely stay. The house was so lovely and well equipped with such attention to detail. As we sat on the deck drinking our coffee, we saw osprey, blue heron, coots and turtles. "Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room."

We’d already had a rough day trying to stay ahead of thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings and as we had been on the road for a few days, needed to clean some clothes. We managed to get them washed but were having some issues with the dryer when one of the staff offered to dry them in their commercial dryer.
