We chose this property because of proximity to the international airport (for our last night in wonderful Greece, we couldn't imagine staying in a Holiday Inn). It's actually about 15 minutes away by car, located in a transitional beachside residential area with some old - even abandoned - houses as well as many newer homes. The property itself is a small 3-storey apartment building or hotel, just a block from the beach and short walking distance to a few beachside restaurants/cafes and a major supermarket. The building, grounds, and apartment itself - essentially a hotel-type room with double bed and bath - were clean, well kept, and quite adequate. The greatest problems were with communication and associated services - there is no full-time attendant; when we arrived we contacted the given number and were told we'd have to wait 20 minutes for somebody to let us in (we'd come by Uber and fortunately it wasn't raining). For our airport departure the next morning, we had confirmed multiple times by message, and again with the person who finally checked us in, the supposedly available transportation to the airport... but when we needed to leave, there was no transportation. We waited awhile, called twice (calls went to voicemail), and finally ended up taking another Uber back - Bottom Line: don't count on the promised "free airport transfer" if you're on a schedule. An OK place otherwise, and maybe nice to be near the beach if one has time.
