"This was a cute little condo. It is in an excellent location and we loved the area! Perfect size for our family of 3. The owner was very responsive to communication and resolving issues. When we arrived the bathroom wasn’t very clean (hair, dried soap and dirt in shower, sink and toilet) and areas of the kitchen didn’t look like they had been wiped down. "The staff was wonderful and the cleaning crew keep things so nice. The one negative the hotel is showing it’s age, especially in the bathroom. The food at Molly’s is excellent."

"If you’re not concerned with Francy and just want to be a beach bum, this place is fine. The price is one of the lowest at this beach but takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ocean. It’s got a view of the bay across the street though."
