"Close to shopping places "

"We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening."

"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"This is a gorgeous home in one of the quietest neighborhoods. The backyard is like being on a tropical island minus the island. It wound up just being my husband, myself and our two Yorkies. We are grateful to be able to bring our canine children to this home with us. Many thanks to the owners. Hope we can return one day. This home spoiled us."

"Beautiful property with every amenity needed for a relaxing and fun getaway for the whole family! Property owner Jason was prompt with answering requests and very communicative! My wife enjoyed her birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Great proximity to event areas, malls, restaurants and anything you can think of!"

Centrally located to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely marked as a favorite for future stays abd recommendations to others we work with."

"The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!"
