“A lovely hotel, super comfy bed and great staff. I couldn't have asked for a better location. I parked off site for just £10 and just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful, in particular the young lady at reception upon my arrival and also the the helpful waitress. I loved the ambience of the restaurant it was dimly lit and felt quite an intimate setting that would be even better with a loved one or on a romantic date and the quality of the food was impressive. “A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend ”

“Staff were so welcoming on arrival, hotel was hard to find at first as postcode took us to police station. But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. Could do with a better shower door as water got onto floor. But I'll defo stay again”

“Staff were excellent, they made us feel very welcome We expected a standard double as that’s what I booked through Expedia but we were given a cosy double as it was called on the Glenisle website , the room was very nice but the en suite needed some attention to the tiles in the shower and the shower tap system , this room was also at the top of the hotel and I found it a struggle by the time I reached the last set of stairs, Breakfast was excellent and dinner was nice but not outstanding. “酒店位置方便，附近餐廳亦多。 訂了2間房並住3天，其中一間房有異味，酒店同意更換，但發現洗手間滴水，之後再更換，晚上回酒店後發現電子鎖匙卡失效，到櫃枱詢問下職員告訴我們要付多一間房間費用，我們表示已付了三晚房間應該不會欠款，再問之下他們沒有更新電腦資料，因此他們誤會更換新房間要額外支付費用， 最後解釋之後，酒店同意不需再付款，雖然搞了很久但職員非常有禮貌，好可惜退房時候又係問呢個問題，發多一段時間解釋後才同意不需再付款。 ”
