“Good hotel ! Rooms are in great condition ”

“ Very cool and very clean place. We saw a dolphin one morning off the back, a jelly fish and a huge manatee another day. A/C was great and place was furnished with all the essentials. Our only complaint was the shower, very poor water pressure and drained slowly as well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for something different than a standard hotel. Would stay here again ”

“So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay.”

“Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. ”

“Beautiful and quiet location. Close to Key West yet just far enough to be away from the crowds. Family thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is as pictured and immaculately clean, truly a gem. Melanie was friendly, always available and always responsive.”

“So glad we found this location. Nice and peaceful but close to anything we needed. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing, watching boats go by. The house was very comfortable. Only wish the 2nd bedroom had a working TV. Our host was quick to answer any issue we had and left some great suggestions on places to eat. I would definitely return to enjoy this beautiful location”

“Very cute house! I didn't want to leave. Had plenty of everything. I definitely will stay there again. I have recommennded this house to several people after returning from our trip. The house had really nice & big washer & dryer. Was nice to come home with a suitcase of clean clothes rather than a hamper of dirty clothes. I took my teenager son & his friend & they enjoyed the bikes & kayaks. They also made friends with a couple other teenagers at the pool the first night we were there. Pool is……

“We just wanted a short vacation getaway. It was great. We rented a boat and spent our time in the water. Great time with friends.”

“Explain to people that there is an opportunity to park the truck with a trailer and that there are ramps for the boat because I myself did not take my boat thinking that there was nothing like that. Thanks ”

“We saw manatees in the inlet, swam the pool morning and evening, and drove just a few minutes to Sombrero beach. We liked the attached Greek restaurant and boaters bar down the dock a bit.”

“We were participating in the Underwater and shore cleanup. The property was better than online pics, extremely clean and everything was in perfect working order. Owners and property managers were easy to contact and prompt to respond”

“The house was beautiful and everything we needed was right there. If I could have changed anything about the house, it would be to add a dresser in each bedroom. I'm not a live out of a suitcase kind of girl. So having a place to put my clothes that don't hang up would be nice. But, it had very large closets in each bedroom. Thank you for everything.
