Just coordinate with Jacky via whatsapp before arriving and he will get everything sorted for you and guests. 5 individual rooms, each capable of sleeping 3-4 peeps (maybe even more), with their own ensuite bathrooms (no rushing and fighting!), this is separated from another individual room which is much bigger and can sleep another 6! “This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for. One last thing. The host Patrick……

“2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). When i got there, i had to frantically look for a contact number to reach out to, so that i could get the check-in details. Nothing was provided to me. “Apartment was clean, but facilities very basic. One bedroom had no curtains. After reporting was given a simple cover for the middle part of the window. 1 mattress not comfortable, as it sags in the middle. ”

“Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.”

“The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable for small family like 3 - 5 person.”
