“The spa was lovely n the rooms very spacious. The service at Falak was very good. The check in process was functional but not friendly. However the airport transfer was well organised n the driver Gajender very helpful. ”

“This is a great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Since I arrived hotel mid-night, they helped me to do check-in rapidly and allowed me to have late check out next day at 5:00 pm. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The only drawback is the traffic congestion near the hotel. ”

“Room cleanliness could be improved. Booked a double room with king-size bed, but comes a twin room. Hotel sent a person to combine beds, but there is a fix decoration in between, so it is awkward.”
