“Great location, right in front of the beach and east access to everything within the centre of Llandudno. The room was a great size, plenty of space. We weren't advised about having to pre-book a parking space at the hotel so we'd to find spaces out front or in a side street. There were spaces so not too stressful. The lift is very snug and corridors very narrow to rooms. Our room was facing the beach and under the main bar / restaurant area. We were woken up 5am to loud music coming from……

“Rose Tor is situated perfectly in downtown. We loved walking around the night we arrived and seeing the nightlife around town. The breakfast was delicious the next morning! All of the staff was extremely accommodating and gracious. The hotel is quaint, and we loved it!”

Only able bodied people as no lift and stairs and hotel on a steep hill.would have rated 5 stars but the mattress was badly worn in twin room and dipped in the middle so felt like you rolled into it which effected a good nights sleep. The property is dated so if that’s not your thing you might be better off with the Premier inn”

“Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Perfect location, right on the promenade, town within 5 mins walk away. Breakfast £8.95pp and was beautiful and HUGE. No onsite parking but managed to park right outside the hotel and only costs £5.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay again”

“This is essentially a bed-and-breakfast hotel. The owners are lovely and attentive. The room was clean and the view of the bay was wonderful He drank tea and ate biscuits early in the mornings before breakfast. There was a small table and comfortable chairs in the bedroom to allow us to look out while we did so.”

“Jash and Leena the owners are the most wonderful hosts. They couldn’t have been any nicer. Such accommodating people . The Senarth is a few minutes from the pier and shops. We stayed in the double single beds room and the beds were so so comfortable. I will miss my vegan breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊”

The owner was really kind and helpful with knowledge on activities and restaurants in the area, the room was fabulous!
