“From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better in Geneseo. The house was welcoming, warm and friendly. Bedrooms were all very cute and beds very comfortable. Living was so comfortable and cozy. Great couches, TV and blankets. Little snacks were very welcoming. Loved having coffee on the porch listening to the birds and watching people walk buy. I 100% recommend staying at this house away from home.”

“The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. “We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable……

“The Marilla rental is beautiful. The layout of the house was perfect for our three-family gathering. All 6 cousins bunked together. They loved having their own space. Grill, outdoor fire-pit/furniture and large yard allowed for fresh air and more additional space. Excellent stay. I recommend visiting 189 Burger in East Aurora for lunch.”

“This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.”

“A unique experience. The view from the verandah was lovely, and the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the end of a busy day of hiking. It accomodated our extended family if 11. The pool was refreshing but not heated. The owner gave a behind the scene tour of the rooms not opened for guests. He was a font of historical knowledge.”

“It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.”

"I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite reasonable, but then I was forced to pay a high price again to live for 4 hours, and I actually paid for one night. They took a deposit but refunded my room without notifying me. I said before that if I didn't come back and check out it meant I would stay and they agreed. But then it was bad, and generally not pleasant after one night. Lost my coat, almost missed my plane, almost stranded my driver's license. The service is very unprofessional."
