“My husband and I didn’t think there were any more old-fashioned “tourist cabins” left along America’s secondary highways. They were ubiquitous in the 1940’s and 50’s. We were happy to find this immaculate, comfortable cabin enclave near the Beacon-Newburgh Bridge in Orange County and enjoyed our short stay. “We booked an extended weekend with a couple of families. Both the adults and kids had an amazing time. The kids enjoyed the movie theater room. The adults enjoyed darts, pool table, bar, and hot tub. The home was very clean. It also had everything we could possibly need such was towels, cookware, paper products, soaps and shampoos.
