We learned that Riverside County has specific noise monitoring device requirements, which the rental management also explained to us ASAP and put us at ease. “Our time in the area was brief in part of a longer vacation. The exterior looked a bit weathered, but that's expected after a long snow season. The interior was clean and practical. The location perfectly suited our needs - a good intermediate between mountain, lake, and village. Our toddler loved the toys and the overall stay was cozy. The host was very communicative, making sure we had whatever we needed during the stay. I'd definitely pick it again.”

“It was nice although we could have done without the trench on the middle of the yard. The bedspread and pillow cover smell of sweat and lastly the cable did not work.”

“Everything would have been perfect, except for a couple of minor things that would have made all the difference in feeling welcome. I was terribly disappointed to finally get to relax in the cabin, it was evening, I was looking forward to starting my weekend with a nice shower, only to find no soap. NO SOAP? Even the cheapest hotels give you shower soap! That is not something I think to bring with me. We ended up using the antibacterial liquid hand soap. Yuck. I could overlook that, but the next……

“這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”

“Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months.”
