“What I like is the view and the quietness, what i didnt like was one bathroom for two bedroom rooms, which was challenging for 4 people in this condition.”

“I booked this stay literally from the Beirut airport 10 minutes before I arrived at the property. I could not have been happier with my choice. My room was overlooking the pool and ocean and it could not have been more beautiful. “I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. ”

“Great Value for money! The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut. I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support. Recommended for long stays, super convenient!”
