“The resort was nice, the meals were very good but a lot my expensive than I thought they would be. Because we didn't have cell service we didn't feel comfortable leaving the resort because we could get lost and the city was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The bathroom was rusty and you had to leave the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid heating up the entire cottage. The cottage was cute though. ”

“Accommodation was a spacious, modern and clean 2 bedroom/2bath Unit, full kitchen, luxurious Livingroom, semi-private pool. We had everything we could possibly want or need. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates etc. The resort only has two restaurants, and to get to anywhere, you need to take a ferry. But the Ferry operates on a regular schedule.”

“Loved my stay at El Ben’s! The property never felt crowded during our stay, or too noisy ant any point. Our cabaña was clean and spacious. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and approachable. The office staff was extremely accommodating to our needs (I messaged them a lot LOL), and really made us feel like our stay was seamless. “We spent our honeymoon here and loved it. There is beautiful hikes, pool, river, and Mountain View’s everywhere you look. We arrived late and they left us flowers in our room. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was amazing! Already planning when we can go back. Beautiful location, friendly staff and surrounded by nature. We did the horseback riding tour with Cesar and really enjoyed it, all the horses were super well behaved and riding through the mountains was a dream come true.”

“An amazing experience! Abdiel, Rita, Ragner, and so many others took such good care of us. Such genuine people at a beautiful resort. Food was great! If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening! We did the ATM tour and appreciated the deep compassion and respect our guide (Ben) had for the history of the archaeological site. We'll be back!”
