“Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay……

“We were very satisfied, appreciated the advantageous location as well as perfect condition of the hotel and all its amenities. There are lot of miscellaneous restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood, good access to public transport (city buses), sea bay with beach. Our visit was off season sinice we prefer rather discovering holiday.”

“The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth……

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“Ett helt ok hotell och mycket centralt i Palma, men lite överdrivet kalla det "boutique-hotell" och premium-rum. Hade ett ganska trångt smalt/avlångt rum, väldigt lite bordsyta att ställa ifrån sig grejer och badrummet väldigt litet. Tänk om det kunde finnas krokar att hänga ifrån sig saker på... (gäller allmänt alla hotell). En kran för varmt vatten och en kran för kallt vatten (fortfarande!) gör att det rinner onödigt mycket vatten innan man hittar rätt läge - inte hållbart i längden. Trevlig……

“Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel. Breakfast was good value with great choice. Staff friendly and informative. A very enjoyable short stay. ”

“A very nice quiet location not far from the beach area and lots of restaurants. The hotel has 4 very nice pools although 1 of them is only a plunge pool on a roof top. Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect, although the decor is minimalist and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of foods. Another coffee maker would help to avoid significant delay at busy times. The main pool also has a bar with a food menu. The selection is perfectly adequate for lunch……
