“There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and were more than happy with its condition. “Stayed in the hotel before and had enjoyed that stay. So felt it was best to book there again. This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it.
