“Great house for a large family gathering. The location, though really remote, was centrally located for our families so we were more focused on the house than the surrounding area. We were blessed with a warm winter weekend so took advantage of the basketball court, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to gather and have fun!”

“Wonderful property with lake access. Great for fishing, boating, and watching sunsets. The marina at Seneca Lake is also has boats and a good restaurant. The property owner does everything to ensure you have a fabulous trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better lake trip!”

“First and foremost, the host is incredibly considerate. Before arriving, she was in constant contact and answered all questions/concerned very quickly. Once we arrived, she had more than enough drinks inside and out by the hot tub. She had also provided snacks in the dining room. The cottage was done very well and had a real nice country feel to it.
