“Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.”

“We were in the QC to meet many friends for a COL. We had not seen some for years. We went toe Farmers Market across the street found some friends there as well. Walked to a little tavern Mac’s Tap we used to go to and that was great. Good food & atmosphere.”

“This was just a short weekend trip for my friend and I. It was a decent stay. It could have been a bit cleaner to my liking, but it wasn’t awful. My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones. The listing is pretty accurate. The host responded right away and was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d mention is if you are not a friend of the devils lettuce,……

“This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. Also remember the train runs along the river very frequently. And this train has a very loud and long blowing whistle. Even with the windows and……

“I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further……
