“5 days to explore Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, the Observatory, Original Farmers Market, Venice beach and Santa Monica pier with my daughters. Location was so easy to drive- 20-30 minutes to everywhere if not traveling with rush hour. Super safe location in nice neighborhood, easy street parking with separate single bedroom house with Kitchen, living room and bedroom. Both queen beds were very comfortable with cozy, quality linens. Very quiet so sleeping in was great. Kitchen had basics for……

“Drawers and cabinetry were broken. The hallway had a moldy smell. Great location. Not a nice place. Needs attention and updating.”

“We discovered a big live cockroach inside the apartment hallway. We also noticed that the floors were very sticky (obviously had not been cleaned for a long time), and that the carpeted areas did not appear to have been vacuumed. Additionally, we were disappointed with several basic things: the carpet had a lot of stains, the handle of the fridge was roughly fixed with scotch tape to hold in place, the few dishes and pans available were mostly chipped and some did not look clean, many light……

“Property doesn’t have working pool, hot tub or gym. Property doesn’t have working dishwasher or laundry/ dryer. Property has zero amenities and doesn’t sleep 3. Had a small queen size bed and a very uncomfortable couch. No extra blankets or pillows. The person renting this is not legally allowed to rent this space in his apartment complex. Elevators to the 26th floor barely work. Horrible experience. And hosts are hosting the VRBO unethically against VRBO rules and against their property……

“We were supposed to check in May 9th, no message ever came concerning Wi-Fi or how to get into the property, so that night after flying into LA I message the host, & they say there was a leak from another apartment. Seems like they would of let us know or cancelled our stay instead of saying nothing.”

“The pictures and description are quite accurate. The living room was great, the beds were comfy. The view from the balcony was AMAZING - my son and I sat out there for about 2 hours just chatting and admiring the view of downtown LA as well as the hollywood hills themselves. Location? GREAT! But what put it a step above was the host. Sam was so nice, super communicator, gave awesome recommendations on where to eat, replied to messages super quickly. We really enjoyed it.”
