“ Being a 4 star hotel and with the impression you get from the internet when you book, it is nowhere near what you can expect. The hotel itself is quite dilapidated, the lift is out of order every two hours and the room was not clean when we arrived. Things that were broken were only half done to fix. Hole in the ceiling, lots of dust etc. The outdoor area is great, and the staff were very nice. We also had all inclusive which we were very disappointed with due to the selection. You had the……
