“The neighborhood looks a bit ropey, and it's more of a guesthouse then a hotel. But inside it's lovely, and we were impressed with the breakfast (included) and the room. The service was outstanding. We were woken around midnight by some lively scouse pensioners rolling in and using the bar toilet near our room, but we had a chat with the surviving members of their party at breakfast and to be honest we had to admit that we were impressed by their dedication to their craft. “I'm so glad I chose this Guest House to stay at, after reading some awful reviews about other places (Always do your research first. For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. The four feet of the tower are around you. I only found this out by doing a bit of research Googling it. The……

“The location of the b&b was perfect for not only accessing Pleasure Beach and sandcastle, but equally the attractions near the tower due to the tram stop at end of street. Leigh & Sue were great hosts we felt very welcomed. ”

“The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. Just one let down was I couldn’t find any other plugs apart from the one next to the kettle and the tv was in a strange place (guess that’s a personal preference tho) Apart from that I had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking in……

“Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again.”

“Room was basic but just what i needed there no house keeping at hotel but to be fair i found this to be better you dont get disturbed lift in hotel very small and i need to use moobility scoota shadab would always stop what he was doing and helped me take it up in lift he was a god send nothing was to mutch bother for him really frendly as well the doirs to get mobility scoota out could be bit tricky as they were always closed but staff would help with this aswell ”

“Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. The couple who run the apartments are both really friendly and helpful. Location is great, a short walk to the centre or for us with a tired little……
