“This hotel was excellent! The Hebden suite is huge with great views. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. It was a bargain for the one night with bed and breakfast. I highly recommended this hotel and we will return.”

“The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. Just one let down was I couldn’t find any other plugs apart from the one next to the kettle and the tv was in a strange place (guess that’s a personal preference tho) Apart from that I had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking in……

“Lovely hotel apartment. The only thing i would say is on a safety point of view. My 4 year old woke up in the night at 1.10am, confused (as didnt know where he was) and when he went looking for us, he actually went out the main door to the corridor and up the stairs (we were on the first floor). It wasnt until we heard him crying through the walls that we shocked awake and went looking for him. The night receptionist, was on and heard what had happened, but our son went up the stairs so……

“For a Blackpool hotel, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, fabulous customer service and great facilities. Perfect location for all that the place has to offer, and car parking directly outside the front door. I particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast!! ”

“Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that ”

“We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.”

“Fabulous Hotel to stay in. Super friendly Staff, very clean and tidy everywhere, plenty of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk, didn't have to ask for a refill. Super location for Tower, Winter Gardens, Shops and Sea Front. Just perfect. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Highly recommended. ”

“Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before……
