“The staff at Best Western Bloomington were super helpful, kind, and accomodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. My daughter and I felt safe and at home during our 4 day stay onsite.”

“I was given a coupon for the restaurant ($5 off a meal over $25)- but the restaurant told me I could only use it at the bar- and the bar did not serve food. The front dest staff was courteous and I had no interaction with housekeeping. On a three night stay- my room was maintained once. ”

“I would have given the staff a 5 star, but upon arrival I waited for about 5-7 minutes while the desk receptionist carried on a personal conversation….not even an acknowledgement saying I’ll be right with you. The hotel itself was clean, felt new and my room was wonderful. I do think this hotel needs to include breakfast in the price of the room and not a separate charge especially since it’s not a breakfast to order and has standard fare of what other hotels serve. ”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“ Greeted and welcomed by a very friendly manager. Check in and out was breeze. Great fresh food at a reasonable price right in hotel. Price was very reasonable. Very clean and room was a nice size not cramped. Will definitely say here again in the future”

“Stayed here for the weekend with my partner. From the outside it looked not so great but I was presently surprised by the inside. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price point was very affordable. There was also a free breakfast which was nice (waffle maker, toast, cereal, biscuits & gravy, and eggs). Again, I was pleasantly surprised for the price point. ”
